The layout has always really suited me here, I really wanted a large study and the extra room downstairs has fulfilled that role perfectly. It was the versatility of the living accommodation that first attracted me to the property and I have enjoyed my time here.

The gardens are lovely, the garage and driveway arrangement is most convenient and the house is particularly well located as nothing in the village is too far away.

I shall miss the lovely neighbours here as well as the peace and quiet but I am certain that new owners will come to enjoy the house as much as I have.
