Travelling south-west on the A143 Beccles to Bungay road. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A144, Broad Street. Continue to follow the A144, going straight over the next roundabout. Continue onto St Johns Road and then onto Stone Street. Turn right into the High Street, and continue straight. Turn left into Rumburgh Lane, and continue onto Grays Lane. The property is situated up a gravel drive on the left.
