The Walled Gardens is an exclusive development of gated barn conversions and new builds within a superb country setting in the idyllic village of Cublington. The properties are approached via a private, tree-lined avenue and afford a very high level of security within a self-contained small community.
Cublington is a popular and sought after village just 7 miles north of Aylesbury. The village was first mentioned in the Doomsday Book of 1086 know as Coblincote. The village is also recorded by the well known Architectural Historian Nikolaus Pevsner in his `Building of England` series. In it is mentioned the 14th century Church of St.Nicholas. Cublington is known for its thriving community spirit. Within the village itself are successful crickets and tennis clubs, a trout and course fishing lake as well as an award winning village pub.
For the commuter there is access to the M1 and the national motorway network at Junction 12 (15 miles), whilst nearby Leighton Buzzard and Aylesbury have mainline stations into London Euston and London Marylebone respectively.
One visit to The Walled Gardens and Cublington will be enough to convince any discerning applicant that this is `the place to live`.
