I have owned the property here in Hallowell House for some years now and the only reason I am looking to sell it is to release some equity from it.

It has been a great little investment property for me, purely down to where it is located; close to everything you would want or need.
If you commute to work then, it's ideal as you can be on the motorway in no time or alternatively you can walk to Portsmouth and Southsea train station in no time at all.
