What first attracted me to this property was it gave you all the trappings of a modern and luxurious flat and is in a peaceful area. The size was also important and the third bedroom makes a massive difference to the feel of the home. As a location I found it very easy to connect to all the local major towns.

The schools are highly regarded in the area so there is a real mixture of ages and people living here. There are local rugby and cricket clubs, local gyms and plenty of good local pubs too, so you really get the best of both worlds. I have already moved out so I am able to offer this property chain free.
