From Callington proceed towards Launceston on the A388 road where Kelly Bray is reached after approximately 1 mile. Upon reaching Kelly Bray turn right into Station Road which is the road that leads around Kit Hill towards Callington the B3257. Continue for approximately 1/2 a mile and just beyond the developed area of Kelly Bray turn left into Winsor Lane in front of a property called “First Park”. Follow the lane down to the bottom of the hill and fork off to the left where after roughly 100 yards turn right into Woodholme where Rivendell is the second property in the terrace of four.
