Tenancy Fee
At the time of applying you will be required to pay a non-refundable Application Processing Fee of £200 for the property which covers the cost of the referencing and the preparation of the tenancy, this cost would also reserve the property for you.
Deposit and Rent
The successful Tenant will be required to pay a Deposit of £575 prior to the start of the tenancy. This will be held in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme Regulations and will be refundable at the end of the tenancy, subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition. One month's rent in advance PLUS the Deposit, is required at the time of signing the agreement.
