Check-Out Report £65.00 including VAT
This is paid on the day of move in. The arranging and creation of a check-out schedule of condition report by a third party Inventory Clerk attending the property shortly after tenant vacation based on the original inventory report and negotiating repayment of the security deposit.
You will be asked to complete an application form for each prospective tenant over the age of 18 which will contain the information required to obtain a full credit check and references. It is important to complete every part of the form and to include all relevant telephone numbers and email addresses.As well as a signed copy of the Tenancy Application Form we will require a copy of your I.D. photograph a Driving License or current Passport plus Proof of Residency such as a Council Tax bill, Utility Bill or Bank Statement which is less than 3 months old. We are unable to process the application without verifying your current address and Identification.
