As I commute, we were looking for a house that gave me easy access to the A21 Monday to Friday whilst our need to drive over to Tenterden meant that we required good road links in the opposite direction as well. The fact that this house is modern and almost takes care of itself made it an easy decision when we bought it a few years back. As first time buyers we did not want the burden of regular upkeep so to find this house with double glazing and a well appointed kitchen were huge benefits.
When we get the time, which is quite rare, the decking area is great to relax and unwind whilst popping in to town is very straight forward. The general feel of the house and the area has been excellent and we will be sad to leave this home behind.
