When I saw this house I brought it due to the fact it had just been refurbished throughout, which was great for me as I just didn't have the time to spend all my free time doing the house up. Also I brought my home due to the location, just being that little further out from the station meant having a superb sized garden as nothing in and around the station compares! The shed that was present at the end of the garden was perfect for converting into my office… and it doubles up as an extra bedroom when friends stay! The garden has a lovely decked patio area - a great sun trap; the long garden is laid to lawn; fences are lined with cordoned fruit trees and there is even space for what can be a very productive vegetable patch!
