We bought the house about 8 years ago and chose Boulton Road because it offered all that we wanted in a home as a young working couple. We love that we are minutes from Albert Road and that Southsea seafront, Gunwharf Quays and the city centre are all just a short walk away.

In the time that we have been living here, we have completely re-decorated, stripped back the stairs to their original wood finish and fitted all new carpets upstairs.

We will be sad to leave as we have had many wonderful times living here but we would simply like our son to grow up closer to his grandparents.
