The value for money was fantastic with this home, we decided to replace the kitchen and bathroom and haven’t spared any expense in doing so. The house is set back from the road and although it’s not allocated we park our car outside which is really handy when getting the weekly shopping in.

There are some lovely views from the home and from the bedrooms you can see all the way to the river which is a pleasant view to wake up to.

The commute is also very easy from here, you can either use Rochester’s high speed train link or alternatively the great motorway connection which is only a short drive away.
