The first thing that drew us to this house was the location - it is literally close to everything you need but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
The position is excellent for trains to London and Brighton with Fishersgate being only a 2 minute walk and Portslade 8 minutes.
We also chose the area as there are a wide variety of shops and parks close by which has been great for us as a young family. We have found the neighbourhood really friendly and surprisingly quiet. We have only decided to move because we find ourselves needing a little more space.
