We bought this property as a holiday home and have enjoyed many wonderful times here. Niton is a lovely place and we were instantly drawn to the village because of its idyllic location. Only having a small outside space is great because there is less maintenance to do. We have left the kitchen alone as we loved the classic character style of the older units which we feel gives the cottage some charm and warmth. We have successfully handled holiday lets in recent years and have received some positive comments from visitors. We are now only looking to sell as our dream family home has come onto the market, otherwise we would continue to do holiday letting.
