When we went hunting for our first ever home we wanted something new and low maintenance. We chose this one literally from plan as it had the biggest garden out of them all. It has a very modern Biomass central heating system which is so cheap to run and the house heats up in minutes during the cold winter months. Our bills here have more than halved and we save a fortune on our energy bills, it’s almost ridiculous just how little we pay! We have really loved it here, with the park just down the road for the kids and town in walking distance. We have fabulous neighbours here too. If it wasn’t for our family getting bigger we would never consider moving. We are sad to leave but we take with us very special memories.
