In 2014 the seller changed all of the TRs (radiator thermostatic valves). There are warranties that come with the new boiler (7 year), and also the Thermostatic Valves on all radiators were all replaced with the latest industry standard meaning each room can have a different temperature - in 2014.Electrical safety:Electrically, most of the lighting pendants were changed in 2014 and tested, a new exterior light was fitted in the rear. And although it was done seven years ago, there is a modern consumer unit with very safe MCBs and an external independent RCD next to the meter for safety at the same time.Comfort and security:This year (2015) when the seller replaced the shower with an electric pumped power shower, they fitted two external fan timer vents.
