The location is what really sold us this home. We love how quiet the road is and have always taken advantage of how close the green is as we have always owned dogs in the past. On summer evenings the kids play outside and everyone gets together for some fun in the sun with occasional community events.
Having lived here for 25 years we have seen the area change a lot, especially in Loughton High Road, which is easy to reach by bus if you do not fancy the walk, and provides a variety of bars and restaurants for nights out as well as some trendy boutiques for shopping.
