Property description
This spacious terraced home is set within a sought after retirement complex for the over 50s, which will offer you peace of mind and additional support should you need it.
The doorways are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and the staircase is designed so that a stair lift can be installed. The living space is arranged in order that, if a downstairs bedroom was required, the dining room can be used for this purpose as there is a downstairs shower room with toilet facilities.
Each room in this home offers different and varied outlooks, with views over the gardens and towards the sea.
Both bedrooms are doubles and have fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has a beautiful view towards the sea, as does the study/dressing room. Just imagine getting up in the morning and being greeted by the wonderful view down to the English Channel!
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
After seeing the new house advertised in the Saga Magazine in 1999 and knowing Hythe well from visits to the family, our parents fell in love with the house and its position in the retirement complex.
They greatly enjoyed living in this home and they loved walking the short distance to Hythe town centre with its delightful High Street. Mum has been on her own for many years and has loved the small, supportive community and getting together for coffee mornings and cream teas on the communal green.
We hope that the new owners enjoy living there as much as our parents did.
