We liked the fact the property was brand new and as the development was being built we had the choice of plots and without hesitation we chose this as our favourite.
The location is great as we are in a quiet no through road and get little passing traffic. Both the bedrooms are doubles, which is great for when family and friends come to stay, or when I need to work from home.
The open plan layout of the ground floor adds to that greater feeling of space and we enjoy the flexibility it provides.
We enjoy barbecues in the summer and have extended the patio to entertain friends, whilst keeping a good size lawn.
