I have owned this property for ten years and I have had it let out. This has been a brilliant investment however the time has come for me to sell up.

Every tenant has loved it here I have never had problems, its makes a lovely home for a couple or young family.

I knew this was a great home as it had so much to offer, the spacious front garden also has potential for off road parking (subject to council approval).
