I have lived in Gravesend for the last twenty years. I originally came from London but moved this way to get a lot more property for my money as I needed a nice size family home with its own garden for my children. Three years ago I down sized to this property as my children had "fled the nest" and I did not need such a large house.
Since living here I have had new double glazed windows installed, new front and rear doors and had some damp treatment which is still under guarantee.
The only reason for selling is buy a property with my mum that has a annex.
