When I was looking to buy 8 years ago, I looked at very few houses but knew this was the one straight away. I loved the size, layout and the central location. I originally bought it as a buy-to-let investment, but loved it so much that I decided to move in myself and have lived here ever since. I have had to do very little other than decorate but I did remove the chimney breast in the lounge, which has given me so much more space. It has been a great house but I am know looking to move on to a bigger property so it is time for someone to enjoy living here as much as I have.
