I was attracted to the house initially as it was well presented, required little work and its proximity to Folkestone West Station; with my job being in London I have to say, commuting from this address has been very easy. I have made a number of changes since living here from replacing the boiler, the front door and some of the windows and redecoration to suit my own taste.

The area is wonderful to live in, it is quiet, the neighbours are friendly and you don't have to go far to get anything.
