I have owned this humble abode for several years and loved my time here.
I love the fact that I have a choice of transport options. I can easily get to the DLR, use the bus to go into East Ham, have access to the local major roads and have travelled less than a mile to City Airport for a weekend break.
As time has gone by I have made small improvements that I hope will enhance the lives of the new owners. The air-conditioning will be a welcome asset on a hot, sunny day and the shutters act as extra insulation on a cold one
I have loved my time here but it’s now time to move on and hand my keys on.
