OWNERS COMMENTS Buying a newly built house appealed to us as first time buyers five years ago as we wanted a maintenance free, ready to move into home. This place ticked all of the boxes as it had parking, a garage, cloakroom and not one, but two en-suites! It is a very safe, child friendly setting to raise a family, but with the recent new arrival to the family we are looking to move on to a slightly larger property. Everything we need for daily family life is within easy reach, and it is very handy being so close to the mainland car ferry.
