I bought the house as my first home because I really liked the area as it is a short walk to the esplanade, town and large parks. It also has good transport links on the island and to the mainland. My favourite part of the house is the large open planned living area, which has been great when people come to visit.
When I got married we decided to buy a house together and rent out my house, which has worked very well. We are now selling the house as we would like to expand and improve our own home. I will be very sad to see this house sell, but it's now the right time.
