I chose this property because of its great location, as I knew there would not be any traffic coming along the road all day. It's really handy for the shops and ferry terminal to Southampton.

I have upgraded and modernized the property extensively in recent years. It has served for a family home for many years and then as an investment property; which we found very easy to let out and get a regular income from so it really has been the best of both worlds. For me now I feel it's time to move on and I will be sad to leave this lovely home behind.
