We have owned this house for approximately 9 years when we wanted a larger house with a bigger garden than the one that we were living in at the time.
Having both been brought up in Dover we knew how nice the area was and although the house needed some up-dating it had the space and potential we wanted.
Since owning the house we have had a new roof, new boiler installed, re-rendered the house as well as decorated throughout.
It is lovely to be able to walk to the hills around the area or even to the recreation ground at Elms Vale and, as such, we would like to stay within the area if possible..
