The house was bought as it was in the best area I could afford for the budget I had at the time.
I felt it was great value for the money as it had good room sizes although it needed some improvement, I was happy because of the area.
Since owning the property I have installed a new kitchen and decorated throughout. I have also had the central heating system serviced regularly. This has been a lovely home and also for the past few years I have rented the property out and I have never had a problem with any tenants.
