What the Owner says:
I moved here over twenty years ago and for me it was all about the location. Located on the fringe of the town centre, it has been so convenient as I can walk to the shops in no time and have all three stations at my disposal. Since living here, one of the biggest jobs I did was removing the air raid shelter. It has made such a difference to the size of the garden and whilst it was pretty special having something so fascinating, it took up an awful amount of space. Over the years, I've replaced the kitchen and most recently, the bathroom and have also had the boiler replaced.
