We have owned the property for at just over 10 years. Initially it was a much loved seaside bolt hole and after a few years it became our family home. Over the years we have done much to improve the property, re-roofing and reconfiguring the upstairs to name but a few.
Our children are now at the age which requires us to move to a larger property so we have decided somewhat reluctantly to sell.
