I fell in love with the layout, because it was different to so many of the other houses I viewed at the time. It felt more spacious and inviting, having a bathroom upstairs is massive bonus, unlike many of the other houses around here which tend to have it off of the kitchen. I really do love the fact that I am quite central to all the amenities including work, getting around is no hassle whatsoever. The best thing about this place for me is really the size and the fact that it has a garage.
