OWNERS COMMENTS Being within walking distance of the town centre and local shops in Carisbrooke made this an appealing choice of home when I was looking for a smaller, easy to maintain house four years ago. The house is very bright and sunny throughout and I have kept it up together during my time here. I was particularly impressed with the garden on my first viewing. It is a lovely, private place to enjoy the sunshine in. As I move on to a new chapter in my life on the mainland I shall miss the excellent location and the cottage itself and I hope the new owners enjoy living here.
