Having lived in Bognor all of my life, I wanted somewhere that would be close to everything. As soon as I walked into this property I knew it was for me. The property felt like home plus I could walk out of my front door and be either in the town centre or along the sea front within minutes.
I often have friends down visiting, which has been made easier with the two double bedrooms and they love the fact that we are so close to the train station and it feels like a mini holiday to them.
I will be sad leaving but looking forward to a new chapter.
