When I was looking to buy, I was wanting a house with a garden and somewhere that was easy to be able to commute by train to London.

This house was a good size and having the en-suite off the main bedroom as well as the ground floor bathroom was a bonus.

I have since renovated the en-suite shower room and have decorated most of the rooms.

I have landscaped the garden in a cottage style which fits well with the house and there's a very useful brick shed. We often sit out here when we get the time. It is a lovely area to sit out in and feels nice and private.
