This home has been in our family’s ownership for almost 80 years. I have many a fond memory pitching up a chair at the end of the garden and casting a line into the river Arun, there are some sizable fish to be caught.
The ability of being able to walk into the town along the river tow path has always been one of the big attractions to the position. Many of the other houses have put large verandas overlooking the river and even have boats on the river bank ready to be launched.
