Having visited Walthamstow Village socially for a few years prior, we often mentioned how nice it would be to live down Eden Grove, so when the opportunity arose to buy in Eden Grove 10 years ago, we jumped in and have never looked back. The feeling is sort of like living in the countryside being peaceful, quiet and off the beaten track.
A new combi- boiler was recently replaced and has about 5 years full parts and labour warranty remaining.
However, we are looking to have a complete change of lifestyle which is the only reason we are moving and we will miss our beautiful home and we hope the new owners will come to cherish this cottage like we have.
