The fitted kitchen include a a range of base and matching base units, sink, integrated oven and hob with extractor hood over and there is space and plumbing for a washing machine and dryer or dishwasher. The picturesque village of Veryan with its famous Round Houses and range of amenities is just over a mile away, and the elegant sailing resort of St Mawes is nine miles distant. The nearby sandy beaches of Carne and Pendower which offer a 1 km expanse of safe clean bathing water, are just two miles away, and Pothcurnick Beach with its iconic Hidden Hut Cafe is just four miles distant. The superb Caerhayes Estate with grand castle and world renowned gardens are just five miles away and the nation's favourite, the Lost Gardens of Heligan are eight miles distant.
