I purchased the property nearly 16 years ago and could see straight away that it had great potential to extend. I had big plans for a side extension and started to make improvements. I moved the bathroom upstairs to allow more space on the ground floor to create a downstairs W.C. and I installed an en-suite to the master bedroom.
