Overlooking an enviable back garden which gives you the option of taking the party outside if the weather turns for the better.

The kitchen has to be the main attraction in terms of inside the house. A fantastic finish with integrated appliances, a breakfast bar and more importantly, the dining room right next door! As soon as you see the kitchen I think there’s no doubt that this is where you will see yourselves spending most of your time.

It was obviously the location where I first fell in love with this house as being this rural is something I thought I could only dream about.

Since I moved in, a lot has changed including the kitchen which is my favourite room in the house. Although, with young children having a separate dining room and lounge is a life saver.

Parking out the front is needed because of the road where the house is located. The fact it also has two good size double bedrooms is again a big positive it can boast. If it wasn’t for a growing family, I would love to stay here but we are keen to move near to family. I just hope the next owners enjoy it as much as I have over the years.
