I have owned the property for over 50 years and have enjoyed the community spirit within the area, particularly being able to walk to all the excellent amenities that Reigate offers.

As the house has now become too big for me, although I have stayed in the Reigate location, I have now moved to something more manageable.

I hope that a family will take over ownership of the property and enjoy living here as much as I have and also take advantage of the excellent scope it has to offer.
