I've lived in the Redhill area all my life and in this house for the past 5 years. For me it is the ideal location. Close to family and friends but also walking distance to a main line railway station with excellent links to London and Brighton.

The road is quiet with easy parking outside and the neighbours are all approachable and friendly. I especially like the open views over the college to the front and the secluded garden at the back.

The house is cool in the summer and warm in the winter and has been easy to maintain over the past 5 years. It is a great mix of character Victorian features with modern, functional amenities.
