With a busy work life over at Gatwick Airport I was looking for a property that would need minimum maintenance whilst making my commute as easy as possible. So I started to look at modern properties in North Horsham but often found them on big estates where they were usually overlooked, and I was hoping for something a little bit more exclusive than that. My search continued until I finally found Watercress Place, it looked great from the front, whilst it’s position at the end of the cul-de-sac with no one directly behind was perfect for me. So with just a short drive to the by-pass and a short walk into town it really was my ideal first time buy.
