When we came to Wateringbury from South East London we loved how different it was; in London you tend to keep yourself to yourself, greeting the neighbours and people you meet on a day to day basis doesn't really occur in London, but here everyone seems to be so nice and friendly; hence why we want to stay local.

We instantly loved the garden, it is a real sun trap with sunshine all day. The previous owners spent a lot of time here and we have taken over the reins and have kept it looking as nice as possible. My partner is in the wine trade and when we found a grape vine she was over the moon!
