From Colintraive ferry terminal, continue past the Hotel and shop and over the humped bridge. Continue for approximately 1 mile. The property is on the left after passing the ‘seven sisters’ group of properties.

Colintraive is a village in Argyll and Bute on the Cowal peninsula facing the Kyles of Bute.
The village plays host to a community garden, bowling green, village hall, Sculpture Park, heritage centre, village shop and Post office and the award winning Colintraive Hotel which offers a warm welcome and delicious gastro pub food.
The area is favourable with a number of outdoor activities and pursuits including Cycling, walking, kayaking, boating and fishing.
Travelling to Colintraive from Glasgow is approximately two hours by A83 road via Dumbarton, Loch Lomond and Strachur. This journey can be shortened somewhat by travelling along M8 to Gourock, boarding a ferry to Dunoon (20 minute journey) and driving for approximately 30 minutes to Colintraive.
A short 4 minute ferry trip and 15 minute drive will take you to Rothesay, the main town on the Isle of Bute where access to supermarkets and many public services can be gained. Alternatively shopping is available in the other main town of Dunoon which is approximately 16 miles or 30 minutes  drive away.
Dunoon also provides the location of the nearest secondary school whilst the nearby village of Glendaruel hosts the closest primary school. Alternatively, education facilities can be found on the Isle of Bute.
