Once we walked in we knew this would be the flat that we wanted, being ground floor and having a good size living room and door that leads out to the communal garden is lovely as we can put a table and chairs outside and sit out and enjoy the sun.

We have put a new kitchen in and looked after the flat. The bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom is perfect for us.

The location is really good and just being a short walk to the town and sea front. We will be sad to leave but we are going to move closer to our son . If we could take the flat with us we would.
