The main attraction for buying this home apart from a modern design, was being a split level maisonette so had good living space and tucked away in a quiet close yet walking distance to Sutton town centre with west Sutton station just up the road for trains into London. The gardens are well maintained and it's a pleasure to see the area well looked after and hope the new tenants will enjoy living here as we have.
