As you walk into the property and go up the stairs there is a massive landing, it is big enough for a dining table and chairs or can even be used as study/office space.
The whole flat is so spacious and bright, both double bedrooms are flooded with natural light. There is plenty of space for a king size bed and a splattering of bedroom furniture in both rooms.
If you are considering this as a rental investment, for flat sharers, neither will get the short straw on a smaller bedroom.
The rest of the property is open plan and with a separate kitchen area its all in all a really great size, albeit needing some modernising. The bathroom could most probably do with a new suite installed too.
Our favourite room is the lounge. It’s fantastic! We love the views over to the park and the space it offers for even the largest of L-Shaped sofas you can buy today!
We must stress this maisonette is going to secure lots of interest, so don’t delay and get in quick to avoid disappointment!

I have lived here for nearly two decades and loved every minute of being here. The freeholder lives underneath in the ground floor flat and we have maintained the building together using local tradesmen.
I have lots of friends locally and would ideally stay local but am looking to move further along the east coast to be by my son.
I will really miss the room sizes of this property and know it’s something other flats don’t offer but due to my mobility I want to move to something more accessible.
I really hope the new owners love living here as much as I have.
