We have owned this flat for over 10 years now and it we can honestly say that it has been a wonderful property.
We started out living in the apartment ourselves and really enjoyed our time there. The location was always perfect, we could easily leave the car at home and walk into town. We always had a sense of living in a house with it being split level.
More recently we have been able to take advantage of the letting market and we have found it has been very easy to find a tenant. With the apartment being in such good condition we are sure the new owners will find moving in a doddle!
