This home stood out for us as it was different from everything else we had looked at.

Traditional flats seemed small and not very private due to the communal areas. Here you have your own front door and is essentially bigger than most terraced homes in this price range.

We have lived in the area for years and here it's particuarly quiet, yet not far from all the daily essential you may need.

We are now looking for a larger home in the local area.
